Mercy Health Home Care recognised in the 2026 Trusted Brands Awards for the fifth consecutive year
Mercy Health Home Care is proud to share that it has been recognised as Highly Commended in the 2026 Reader’s Digest Trusted Brands Awards in the Home Care category for Victoria and Tasmania, marking the organisation’s fifth consecutive year of recognition.
This ongoing recognition reflects the trust placed in Mercy Health Home Care by the communities we serve and the dedication of our people who deliver compassionate, reliable support every day.
The Trusted Brands Awards are voted by people in Australia who participate in a national survey. By voting for the brands they trust across 70 different categories, participants help reveal true community confidence and satisfaction.
“Trust is earned, visit by visit and conversation by conversation,” said General Manager Nick Claringbold. “To be recognised five years running is a humbling reflection of the relationships our teams build with older Australians and their families. We’re grateful to everyone who invites us into their homes and to our people who bring our values to life.”
Mercy Health’s mission is inspired by the Sisters of Mercy and a legacy of service that spans more than a century. That tradition continues to guide our commitment to compassion, respect, and hospitality. In home care, those values show up in the small moments, unhurried conversations, flexible scheduling around a favourite activity, and clinical excellence delivered with gentleness and clarity.
Mercy Health extends sincere thanks to our clients and families whose feedback and partnership shape how we deliver care, and to our team members whose professionalism and compassion make recognition like this possible.
As the needs of our community continue to evolve, Mercy Health Home Care will keep investing in the way we deliver care, so everyone can receive the right support, at the right time, in the place they feel most at home.
Mercy Health values you and respects that we are supporting you in your home. We aim to help make your life easier by partnering with you and your family to nurture your health and your emotional, social and spiritual wellbeing.
