Aged care reforms – update webinar

The Department of Health and Aged Care is hosting a webinar to notify older Australians, their families and carers and aged care providers on new reforms to in-home care.

The webinar will take place on Thursday 18 May from 2pm 4pm AEST and will cover:

  • new reforms to in-home aged care
  • Commonwealth Home Support Program
  • Home Care Packages Program
  • the new regulatory model
  • the new Aged Care Act.

We encourage you to join the webinar. You can find more information and register on the Aged Care Engagement Hub.

The webinar will have Auslan interpreters. You will also be able to submit questions during the webinar.

If you are unable to attend, a recording will be available on the Department’s website.
