The Australian Government is working to make aged care better for everyone — and they would love to hear from you.
The Improving Aged Care in Australia Survey is now open. It’s designed especially for older people, their families, and carers to share their thoughts on the changes being made to aged care.
We encourage all older people, family members and carers to take part.
Your feedback will help the government understand:
- how clearly aged care reforms are being communicated
- how well older people, families and carers are being kept informed
- how these changes are making a difference in people’s lives.
You can complete the survey in whichever way suits you best:
- online
- by post – if you’d prefer a paper copy, please email the Australian Department of Health, Disability and Ageing at [email protected]. They will send you the survey along with a reply-paid envelope.
The survey takes around 15 minutes to complete and will close on 28 November 2025.
Your voice matters. By taking part in this survey, you’re helping to shape a better, more respectful aged care system for all Australians — now and into the future.
