Disability Services

Mercy Health Home Care Services has earned the reputation of being an experienced and reputable disability service provider both within the industry and in the community it serves.

Over the course of a year, we support 8,500 people in their own homes across Australia. As a registered National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) provider, we employ a broad team of qualified, well-trained and experienced support workers who can assist people living with a disability in the comfort of their own homes.

Mercy Health employees are proud of the partnerships we form with our clients to help find the right support services for them in their community. Their needs come first, and we have a great team that is well-equipped to support everyone. Among our team, we have staff who specialise in neurological disorders including Alzheimer’s disease, younger onset dementia, multiple sclerosis, motor neurone disease and autism, so we cover a broad spectrum of care needs on a daily basis. We also have a network of local, easily accessible centres, to ensure we have the local knowledge to share with clients in identifying the right support services for every individual’s needs, whether they are children, young people or adults.
